I’m a product designer based in Norfolk, Virginia, with a background in information technology and web development. My work spans financial services, government resources, and commerce, with a focus on making complex systems easier to navigate.

I connect research, interaction design, and technical understanding to move ideas toward working experiences. That means considering the full journey: what people need, how a system behaves, and what happens when something goes wrong.

I work with engineering, content, operations, and external partners to turn those decisions into coherent experiences. My approach is grounded in clear language, accessible interactions, and collaboration throughout delivery.
