Background
The Problem
Groundworks experiences a low percentage of conversions for booked appointments in relations to its brands.
Goals
As a User, I want to book an appointment to have a CFI come to my house online so that I am able to control my experience better when I share my contact information.
1. The customer elects the work they need done and enters their address
2. Then the customer sees days available to schedule an appointment
3. The customer chooses a day and time
4. The customer enters their contact (lead) information
5. An appointment is booked in the Groundwork's CRM

Our users from previous and current appointments are typically 30 - 55 years of age, with a household income of $80K - $150K average located around America.
